All Invisible Empire Book products are digital downloads (ebook and bundle files), so all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges based on change of mind.

 

If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, such as a corrupted file, a broken download link, a missing bundle item, or an accidental duplicate purchase, contact us within 7 days of purchase through our contact form and we will resolve it promptly with a replacement file or a refund.
